According to the announcement by the Office of International Relations of the University of Tehran all applicants and respected official agents licensed by the Student Affairs Organization of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, must exclusively submit their academic admission requests through the University's admission portal at: admissions.ut.ac.ir

 no later than 18 Dey 1404 (approximately January 8, 2026).

Required Documents:

• Completed application form available: Here
• The first page of the passport,
• Previous degrees and transcripts for bachelor's and master's levels,
• The tracking code (SAORG) from the Student Affairs Organization of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology:  http://old.saorg.ir/
• Receipt for Payment of Application Processing fees.

If applicants or official agents, for any reason, fail to register their information and admission request in the aforementioned portal, they should send the reported system error issues along with supporting documents, as well as the applicant's documents via email to the experts in the admission section of the Office of International Relations at the University of Tehran as follows:

This is to review and resolve issues and provide guidance on continuing the registration process through the aforementioned portal. It is obvious that final registration for applicants is possible only through the announced portal. It should be noted that requests sent solely via email will not be processed.
