Consular Affairs Services Schedule for the Last Quarter of the Year 1403 - پردیس بین المللی کیش kish
1. All international students, whether admitted through the national entrance exam or through free admission (scholarship and non-scholarship), must have an electronic passport and a SAORG code and should initially apply to the Consular Affairs Office of the International Affairs Division to obtain a student visa and residence permit. Registration will only be done in person with a student visa.
2. If the permitted duration of the student’s residence permit expires (5 years for bachelor degrees, 3 years for master’s, 5 years for doctoral), the residence will not be extended.
3. Issues related to tuition payment and residence permit validity, should be reviewed at the start of each semester
The service schedule for the last quarter of the year 1403 (2024) is as follows:
Students with a residence permit (more than 6 months) who only request exit and re-entry have a deadline from 24/09/1403 to 15/10/1403.
Students requesting a residence extension (those whose residence is expiring in Bahman, Esfand 1403, or Farvardin 1404) have a deadline from 15/10/1403 to 30/10/1403.
New students applying for a residence permit have a deadline until 15/11/1403 to submit their complete documents to the Consular Affairs Office, so that it can be processed before the Nowruz (Persian New Year) holidays, which begin on 22/12/1403. Documents submitted after these dates will not be guaranteed to be ready before the holidays.
After 11/12/1403, no documents will be accepted for consular services. The Consular Affairs Office will resume providing services from 16/01/1404.
